Snap & Send:
When you use this feature, any photos and details you provide (such as name, phone, machine, issue type, and issue description) are uploaded securely to Google Firebase Cloud Storage (Sydney region).

Files are stored with restricted access (uploads allowed, public downloads blocked).
Each file is automatically deleted after 30 days through lifecycle rules.
A secure, time-limited link (signed URL) is generated and sent only to Ready to Run CQ support staff for diagnostics.
In some cases, these links and request details are also delivered securely by email to Ready to Run CQ support staff to allow faster response.

Send GPS Problem (within GPS Diagnostics):
When you submit a GPS-related issue, any photos and details you provide (such as name, phone, machine, and issue description) are uploaded securely to Google Firebase Cloud Storage (Sydney region).
